Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property sales and client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads for residential/commercial properties

  • Conduct site visits and property tours for clients

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

  • Maintain CRM records and client follow-ups

  • Coordinate with legal and documentation teams

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Knowledge of local real estate market

  • Willingness to work in the field

  • Graduation preferred
